Private label: how we work

A clear process and clear terms, from your first email to a pallet with your brand. We agree the production lead time in the quote.

Process

Seven steps

Inquiry
You fill in the form: product, flavour, jar size, market and expected volume.
Terms
You confirm that you accept glass packaging and a minimum of one pallet per item. This saves time for both sides.
Recipe & samples
You choose one of our recipes or give us a brief for a new one. We develop it and send you samples.
Label
You receive a template with the dimensions and the product specification. Your designer prepares print-ready files; we print the labels at a trusted printing house and apply them.
Quote & order
We send a quote with price, lead time and payment terms. You confirm it.
Production
We produce fresh, specifically for your order.
Dispatch
EXW Dobrich on EPAL pallets. On request we arrange transport.

Terms

Minimum: One full pallet per item (recipe + type of packaging)
Lead time: Agreed in the quote
Packaging: Glass jars of 170, 200, 250 and 500 g; 5 and 10 kg plastic buckets for HoReCa and manufacturers. Units per pallet (MOQ) are in the table below.
Delivery: EXW Dobrich, EPAL pallets, no floor-loading in containers
Collection: The whole batch at once; we do not store goods for scheduled call-offs

Packaging & logistics

We fill in glass only. Vacuum-sealed metal lids keep the taste without preservatives, and glass is inert, recyclable and looks premium on the shelf.

Metal twist-off lids, vacuum-sealed. Colours: black, gold, silver or white.

Your design; we send a template with the dimensions for each jar.

EPAL (Euro) pallets only; no floor-loading in containers.

Plastic jars (PET/PP), tubes, pouches, sachets, sticks or single-serve packs.

Minimum one pallet per recipe and jar size. Send us a brief and receive a concrete quote.
